More info At 9.30am a snack of fresh fruit and milk is offered. Extra drinks are offered throughout the day for the youngest children, and the older children have drinking water available at all times. At midday a hot cooked meal is provided including multi-cultural dishes. At 3.00pm a snack is offered, toast, cheese and biscuits, sandwiches, teacakes, home baked biscuits and cakes etc, fresh fruit and milk. Special diets are also catered for. Sample menus

Nursery policies, including Equal Opportunities, Safety, Special Needs, Child Protection, Behaviour Management and Complaints Procedure are available for parents/carers, and we advise you to take the time to read them. OFSTED reports are also available.

Children are encouraged to be independent, to make their own decisions, initiate their own games and resolve minor disputes.

Parents/carers are welcomed into the nursery at any time and staff/key workers are happy to discuss their child's progress, any queries or problems. Appointments can be made for more private discussion.

Parents/carers have access to their own child's assessment files, and contributions from parents/carers are useful for staff to build up an overall picture of that child.

Places are allocated on place availability. A child may attend any combination of days/hours - but it is recommended they attend at least twice a per week.

Fees are payable by standing order on the first of each month.

A child's place is paid for regardless of the number of days actually attended.
